Admissions Process

1. Pray

Pray and consider your family’s needs for education and whether those needs would best be met by Cape Cod Christian Academy.

2. Information Meeting

Our informational meetings provide a great opportunity for parents to speak with CCCA faculty and staff, to learn more about Cape Cod Christian Academy. To schedule an information meeting, contact us at info@capecodchristianacademy.org or 774-212-0679.

3. Application

Please note, Cape Cod Christian Academy is currently enrolling students in Grades K-7.

Checks can be made payable to Cape Cod Christian Academy with “Application Fee” in the memo line.

• The application deadline is February 15th, 2023.  Applications received after the due date are evaluated on a rolling basis.

• Financial Aid applications are also on a rolling basis. Funds are limited, awards are based on demonstrated need. 

• Click link for the Financial Aid Application. There is a $45 processing fee associated with the application payable online to Independent School Management.

4. Family Interview

Once we have received and reviewed your application, we will contact you and schedule a family interview.

5. Enrollment and Placement Testing

Decision letters will be mailed mid-March. Financial aid will be awarded by the end of March. Enrollment agreements are due by April 15, 2023 with the non-refundable deposit of $200. 

After you receive notification of the acceptance of the student, we will schedule a time to administer a placement test. Once the test has been reviewed we will recommend placement.

6. Orientation

The final step in preparation for the first day of school is attending the Parent/Teacher training days on August 24th and 25th, 2023 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Only the teaching parent needs to attend.
